Polaris Project
Founded in 2002, Polaris is named for the North Star, which people held in slavery in the United States used as a guide to navigate their way to freedom. Today they are filling in the roadmap for that journey and lighting the path ahead.
International Justice Mission
International Justice Mission is a global organization that protects people in poverty from violence. They partner with local authorities in 29 program offices in 17 countries to combat trafficking and slavery, violence against women and children and police abuse of power.
Shared Hope International
In 2011, Shared Hope began grading states under the Protected Innocence Challenge, and are now making efforts to push legislation to the next stage in ending child and youth sex trafficking. Click below to see past Protected Innocence Challenge reports and how the country grew from 2011 to 2019.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Attorneys play a vital role not only in the legal representation of trafficking survivors, but in the restoration process as well. On this page, we will explore several ways you may get involved from representing survivors to supporting the work of West Florida Center.

BACKGROUND
Representing trafficking survivors is a unique pro bono opportunity to play a part in changing someone's life.
Trafficking survivors need representation all over Florida. Also, out-of-state survivors need representation on Florida matters.
