HAVE YOU BEEN VICTIMIZED BY HUMAN TRAFFICKING?
1. Have you ever performed sexual acts in exchange for anything of value (money, food, shelter, drugs, gifts, etc.)?
2. Have you ever felt pressured to perform commercial sexual acts or labor services?
3. Have you ever been told by a person to perform sexual acts or labor services because you were “in debt” to that person?
4. Has anyone ever taken and withheld your identification, birth certificate, immigration papers, or any other personal documents?
5. Has anyone ever promised you money, protection, a romantic relationship, a better life, material items, etc. in exchange for performing commercial sexual acts or labor services?
6. Have you ever been denied access to money that you earned?
7. Has anyone ever required you to earn a certain amount of money per day or week? What would happen if you did not meet the quota?
8. Have you ever been photographed and/or filmed? If so, how were the images used (pornography, online advertising for commercial sex, etc.)?
9. Has anyone ever pressured you to engage in sexual acts with friends or business associates for favors/money?
10. Have you ever engaged in commercial sex through online websites, escort services, street prostitution, informal arrangements, brothels, fake massage businesses, or strip clubs?
11. Has anyone ever instructed you on how to dress and/or how to engage sex buyers?
